1. Pain in the neck.

If someone or something is a pain in the neck they are/it is very annoying.
e.g.

• My mother-in-law never stops complaining. She's a pain in the neck.
• Parking near Chigasaki station is a pain in the neck.

Please note we can also say someone or something is a pain in the arse. This has a slightly stronger meaning and is cruder.

2. I'm pretty good.

The adjective pretty means beautiful or attractive. As an adverb it means fairly.
e.g.

• I'm pretty good at surfing.

3. What kind of music are you into?

If you are into something you are very interested in it.
e.g.

• She's really into yoga.
• He's into ethnic food.

4. What on earth ...?

When we are surprised or shocked we often use on earth in questions.
e.g.

• What on earth made you do that?
• Who on earth told you that?

誰か、または何かがpain in the neckの場合、その人、その何かが不快であったり、イライラすることです。
例：

• 義理の母はいつも文句ばっかり言っている。本当にうんざり。
• 茅ヶ崎駅の近くに駐車するのは面倒でイライラする。

Neck　のかわりに　pain in the arse　（直訳：尻の痛み）を使うこともできます。この方が意味はやや強くなり、露骨（下品）な表現になります。

2. I'm pretty good.

形容詞prettyは「美しい」とか「魅力的」という意味ですが、副詞になると「かなり」という意味になります。

例：私はサーフィンかなりうまい。

3. What kind of music are you into?

もし何かにintoなら、それに対しすごく関心が高いということです。
例：

• 彼女はヨガにハマっている
• 彼はエスニック料理に夢中だ

4. What on earth...?

びっくりしたりショックを受けたりした時、よくこのwhat on earth「一体全体どうして」が質問の中で使われます。
例：

• 一体全体どうしてそんなことをしたんだ？
• 一体全体誰がそんなことを言ったんだ？
