1. Pants

This is quite a new expression. Something that is worthless or bad quality is "pants".
e.g.

• "Did you watch last night's match, wasn't it total pants ?"
• "The first 15 minutes was pants, but I watched it to the end and it was actually quite a good film."

2. Pavement pizza

Vomit on the pavement, typically found outside pubs. Can be found in Japan too!
e.g.

• Tom finished his night off with 10 pints of beer and a pavement pizza.

3. Pear-shaped

If something has gone pear-shaped it means it's all gone rather wrong.
e.g.

• All our funky sales promotion plans went pear-shaped after our funds were cut.
• "Well, I was supposed to have a civilized dinner with my in-laws but after having a few drinks it all went a bit pear-shaped".

4. Piece of cake

Something which is very easy to do.
e.g.

• Today's exam was a piece of cake.
• "I'm sure once you get used to the software, the rest is a piece of cake."

比較的新しい表現です。まったく駄目でくず同然の事をくだけた表現で〜が「pants」だと言います。
例）

• 「昨夜の試合を見たかい、サイテーだったよね？」
• 「最初の15分は見られたもんじゃなかったけど、最後まで見たら結構良い映画だったよ。」

2. Pavement pizza

鋪装道路上の嘔吐物。パブの外などで良く見られる。日本でもありますね！
例）

• トムはビールを10パイントとぺーウ゛メント・ピザ1個で夜を締めくくった。

3. Pear-shaped

計画がうまく行かない、駄目になることを現すくだけた表現です。
例）

• 僕達の小粋な販促活動の計画は、予算を削られちゃったせいで駄目になっちゃった。
• 「実はね、義理の両親と礼儀正しくお食事をするはずだったのに、何杯か飲んだらちょっとうまくいかなくてね。」

4. Piece of cake

非常に簡単なこと。
例）

• 今日の試験はわけなかったよ。
• 「ソフトウェアにさえ慣れたら、あとは簡単なはずだよ。」
